Keeler | 2020-2021 Bell Schedules With Keeler moving to a traditional calendar for the 2020-2021 school year, we have adjusted our bell times to fit the transition. The following message was sent out on school messenger: Keeler | 2020-2021 School Year Good Afternoon Keeler Families, Due to the ongoing health risk of COVID-19, the Calgary Board of Education has made the decision to move ALL modified calendar schools and programs to the traditional calendar next year. This means our first scheduled day of classes for Keeler School will be Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2020. The safety of our students and staff is of the utmost importance, and we look forward to welcoming back our students as soon as it is safe to do so. Student Pickup Good Morning Keeler Families, This is a reminder that if you have not picked up your student's belongings please do so by May 15th.  Any items not picked up after May 15th will be recycled or donated. Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 3:15pm and Friday 8:30am - 1:30pm - please note that May 15th is a non-instructional day and the office will be closed at 12:00pm. Parents of kindergarten to Grade 9 students or students in Grades 10-12 can call or email requests for assistance with CBE supported technology. Visit Technical Support for Students & Parents and choose the relevant G Suite or Brightspace tab for more information. This service is temporary during the COVID-19 pandemic. Good Afternoon Keeler Families, This is a reminder to pick up your students belongings from May 11th - 14th 10:00am - 3:00pm and May 15th 10:00am - 1:30pm.  Belongings that have not been picked up by   May 15th   will either be recycled or donated. Thank you,  Ms. McGill and Mrs. Rahal 

The following message was sent out on school messenger: Student Pickup May 4 - 8 Good Afternoon Keeler Families, Students will be able to pickup their belongings from school May 4th - 7th between 10:00am - 2:30pm and May 8th between 10:00am - 1:30pm. Students in Ms. Gennos class will be able to start picking their belongings up on Tuesday May 5th. To ensure the health and safety of our staff and families: All students personal belongings have been bagged and labeled by the teacher. Keep 2 meters apart and maximum 2 people per family. Families unable to arrange pickup during the week can contact the office at 403-777-8180 ext. 0 during business hours.
